Our house seems to be the neighborhood hangout these days. We're the only house on the block without trees in the middle of the yard so the guys who usually play basketball after school asked if they could use our yard for dodgeball. I have no problem with that- it was great fun to watch and of course, Josh, as always, was fascinated with the big boys. We had six or seven 15 year old boys running all over and Josh repeatedly asked if he could play. Maybe in a few years. While we watched, Josh and I played with sidewalk chalk tracing his feet. Then he drew a circle around my backside and called to one of the boys- "you wanna trace mama's bottom?!" Can you say embarrassed?
Keeping busy with spring cleaning and planting an herb garden. Its great to have the windows open this time of year. I think March is my favorite month in Texas- I love dogwood trees! Lovely, just lovely.
